"Resistor, Transistor, Recall" is an album inspired by electronic components making up the foundation of modern society which are sprinkled across the earth in abundance. From carbon particles, wire and non-conductive ceramic resistors to silicon or gallium arsenide semiconductors, these components regulate current or voltage flow through circuits influencing the behavior of electrons. Without these, computers, synthesizers, LED TVs, and a multitude of electronic devices wouldn't exist. The complex ability to recall information from memory embedded in these computers is taken for granted every day; just like music from a struggling artists. Art is minimized and overlooked just like the complexity of the pressure on a screen to recall stored information.
